Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak competition seasons, we implement expedited processing to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note:
- Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on whips, crops, and spurs unless defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
Return Process

- Complete the Return Form: Include product details, reason for return, and preferred resolution
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email your RMA number and shipping instructions within 1 business day
- Ship Your Return: Package securely with RMA number visible. Ship to:

Refund Information
- Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval for credit card/PayPal payments
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
Exchange Policy
For size exchanges on competition apparel (jackets, shirts, breeches):
- Replacement items ship immediately upon receiving your request
- Standard shipping fees apply for new items
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
