At Ovation & Dublin Officials, we understand that competitive riders demand perfection in both their gear and service. Our returns policy reflects the same precision we apply to crafting our FEI-compliant competition apparel. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Key Points for Competitive Riders
- 15-Day Return Window: From date of delivery
- Condition Requirements: Unworn, unwashed with original tags
- Non-Returnable Items: Whips, crops, and spurs (for hygiene reasons)
- Expedited Process: We prioritize returns during competition seasons
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
Step 2: Complete the Return Form
Include the following details in your email (or use our template below):
Step 3: Receive Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number visibly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 5: Processing Your Return
Once received, our quality team will inspect the item within 2 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is approved.
Refund Information
Timeline:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Deductions:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
For size exchanges on competition apparel (jackets, shirts, breeches):
- We’ll ship the replacement item immediately upon receiving your return request to ensure you have gear for upcoming events
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Whips
- Crops
- Spurs
These items may only be returned if defective, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Return shipping costs may be higher than original shipment
Competition Season Priority
If you need an urgent exchange before an event, include “URGENT” and your competition date in your request. We’ll expedite the process to ensure you’re competition-ready.
